Dutch Legacy Homes President, Merle Troyer, has been building homes in Northeast Ohio, spanning over 8 counties, for the past 30 years. His experience started at a young age with his brothers while being mentored by their father, Moses, as a home-framing team. Merle moved on to foundation and basement management for many years, later spending 17 years in Sales and New Construction Management for Dutch Heritage Homes, achieving the HBA Platinum Award of Excellence year after year.

He brings to his clients the highest level of integrity and vast knowledge of every aspect of the intricate home building process from design, financing, managing the project phases, to taking very personally having the pleasure of presenting his clients the treasured key to their dream home.
